A crisp, dry white that’s anything but basic.

The Rejoicing Vine Pinot Gris bottle
Introducing our Pinot Gris still white wine

🌿 Why We’re Pouring This One

Surprise—no bubbles! While we’re known for bubbles at The Rejoicing Vine, sometimes the moment calls for something smooth, dry, and still. Enter: our new Pinot Gris, a crisp, mineral-driven white wine with subtle citrus, soft pear, and a whisper of white peach. And while there's no bubbles in this wine it still sparkles!

Made for sunny days, seafood nights, and cheese boards with friends, our Pinot Gris is a new classic—and a proud addition to our growing family of sustainable, locally made wines.

✨ What’s in the Glass?

This wine is a dry white with bright acidity and a silky texture. If you're looking for a wine that's clean, elegant, and food-friendly, this is your glass.

  • Aromas of citrus zest, pear, and white peach

  • Flavor notes of lemon, stone fruit, and light minerality

  • A dry finish that’s crisp, refreshing, and perfect for warm weather sipping

Pair it with goat cheese, roasted veggies, shrimp tacos, or simply sunshine. Learn more about our Pinot Gris and it's pairings.

🧠 NERD ALERT! Things are about to get delightfully dorky.

Side effects may include: new favorite wine facts and unsolicited trivia sharing.

Love Pinot Gris or Pinot Grigio? Did you know that those are the names of the grape varieties that are used to make the wine? AND...believe it or not Pinot Gris and Pinot Grigio are the same grape variety. “Gris” is the French name, while “Grigio” is the Italian—both translating to “gray,” a nod to the grape’s dusky, copper-gray skins.

But it gets better: Pinot Gris is actually a mutation of Pinot Noir! Same DNA, just a different expression. Pinot Noir is red, Pinot Gris is gray/white—and somehow, both deliver elegance in a glass. Our version leans more Alsatian (Alsace, France) than Italian: dry, textured, and quietly complex.

Basically, if Pinot Noir is the bold older sibling, Pinot Gris is the effortlessly cool little sister—chill, bright, and a little mysterious.
