Tasting Room Advocate

Part Time to Full Time | Nights & Weekends


We are looking for friendly, energetic people who genuinely enjoy connecting with others to join our tasting room team.


Part-Time | Nights and Weekends Required

As a member of our tasting room staff, you will be the face of our winery. You will welcome and love on guests, guide them through wine selections, and help create memorable experiences that keep them coming back.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage guests in a warm and professional manner

  • Serve wine and guide guests through tastings

  • Take orders and process transactions accurately

  • Share knowledge about our wines, story, and offerings

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting tasting room

  • Support special events and busy weekend service


Qualifications:

  • A true people person who enjoys hospitality and conversation

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous hospitality, restaurant, or wine experience is a plus, but not required

  • Applicants must be 21+ and obtain a servers permit by their start date

Farmers Market Ambassadors

Part Time | 8 to 64 hours a month


The Rejoicing Vine Winery is looking for multiple reliable, friendly, and self-motivated people to help us share our wines at local farmers markets in and around Indianapolis. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to earn a little extra income while connecting with people in the community.


Position Details:

  • Hours: Thu 4p-8p and/or Sat 8a-12p

  • Flexible Work: Work as little as 2 markets a month or as much as 2 markets a week

  • Location: Local farmers market (details provided upon hire)

  • Compensation: $75 per market


Responsibilities:

  • Set up and tear down our farmers market booth (transporting cases of wine, table, and decorations as needed)

  • Share our story and wines with customers in a friendly, engaging way

  • Handle sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism

  • Represent The Rejoicing Vine’s values of community, sustainability, and cultivating life


Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old and have or obtain a server's permit

  • Able to lift and transport wine cases and market booth materials including a 10'x10' tent

  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

  • Strong people skills — outgoing, approachable, and customer-service oriented

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Marketing and Sales Intern

Part-Time to Full-Time Internship Opportunity


We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing and Sales Intern to help share our story and grow our community.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content creation, and connecting with people both in person and online.


Responsibilities:

  • Capture photo and video content, including events, wine releases, and behind-the-scenes moments

  • Write and schedule newsletters

  • Manage and post on social media platforms

  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions

  • Assist with customer outreach and relationship building

  • Help develop strategies to grow brand awareness and sales


Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable engaging with guests and team members

  • Creative eye for photography and video

  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook

  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated

  • Interest in marketing, communications, hospitality, or wine is a plus

  • Ability to work nights and weekends in the tasting room is a plus, see tasting room position for details.

Brunch Kitchen Staff

Part-Time | Weekends | 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.


We are hiring a dependable and efficient cook to support our weekend brunch service. This position is ideal for someone seeking consistent, part-time weekend hours in a positive and team-focused kitchen environment.


Schedule:

  • Saturdays and or Sundays

  • Approximately 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook brunch menu items with consistency and care

  • Assist with prep work before and during service

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards

  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff during service


Qualifications:

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred

  • Ability to work efficiently during busy brunch service

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
