This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, storytelling, & content creation,.
Position Details:

Hours: 20-40 hours per week - weekends focused on sales, weekdays focused on marketing

Compensation: $20+ per hour
Responsibilities:

Build relationships in the tasting room and at external events
-
Represent the brand at festivals & farmers markets
-
Capture photo and video content, including events, wine releases, and behind-the-scenes moments

Write newsletters and blog posts
-
Manage and post on social media platforms

Support marketing campaigns and promotions
-
Help develop strategies to grow the brand
Qualifications:
-
Comfortable engaging with guests and team members

Able to work nights and weekends regularly

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Creative eye for photography and video

Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
-
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
-
Interest in marketing, communications, hospitality, or wine is a plus

TASTING ROOM SALES ASSOCIATE
We are looking for friendly, energetic people who genuinely enjoy connecting with others to join our tasting room team.
Position Details:

Hours: ~20 hours per week Fri to Sun

Compensation: $20+ per hour
Responsibilities:

Greet and engage guests in a warm and professional manner

Serve wine and guide guests through tastings

Take orders and process transactions accurately

Share knowledge about our wines, story, and offerings

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting tasting room

Support special events and busy weekend service
Qualifications:

A true people person who enjoys hospitality and conversation

Availability to work evenings and weekends

Previous hospitality, restaurant, or wine experience is a plus, but not required

FARMERS MARKET AMBASSADORS
We're looking for multiple reliable, friendly, and self-motivated people to help us share our wines at local farmers markets and external events around Indianapolis. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to earn a little extra income while connecting with people in the community.
Our immediate need is for the Brownsburg Farmers Market. It runs on Thursday evenings from 4-7p starting in June.
Position Details:

Hours: Thu 3p-8p

Flexible Work: Work as little as 2 markets a month

Location: Local farmers market (details provided upon hire)

Responsibilities:

Set up and tear down our booth

Share our story and wines with customers in a friendly, engaging way

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old and have or obtain a server's permit

We are hiring a dependable and efficient cook to support our weekend brunch service. This position is ideal for someone seeking consistent, part-time weekend hours in a positive and team-focused kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook brunch menu items with consistency and care

Assist with prep work before and during service

Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff during service

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred

We're looking someone who loves working outside to assist our vineyard manager throughout the season.
Position Details:

Assist with vineyard care by mowing, weeding, mulching, pruning, and training vines

Support seasonal activities like planting and harvest prep

Help maintain a clean, organized, and thriving ecosystem

Work alongside our team to support regenerative and sustainable farming practices
Requirements:

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Able to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
