The Rejoicing Vine is hiring for SUMMER 2025!
Ideal candidates are self-motivated growth-minded change agents excited about cultivating life. For the summer roles there are 3 main rolls we are looking to fill:
(1) EVENT CHAMPION
We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing individual to represent our winery at farmers markets, pop-ups, and offsite events. This role is all about engaging with customers, sharing our story, and driving sales while ensuring smooth event execution.
What You’ll Do:
Set up and manage winery booths at farmers markets and external events
Create an inviting and fun atmosphere that encourages customer engagement
Educate guests about our wines, sustainable practices, and promotions
Track sales and manage event inventory
Coordinate event logistics, including setup, teardown, and permits
Work with our marketing team to promote events and maximize attendance
What We’re Looking For:
A people-person with strong sales skills and a passion for people
Experience in event coordination, retail, or hospitality is a plus
Ability to work independently and think on your feet
Must be able to lift 40 lbs (because wine cases aren’t light!)
Reliable transportation to travel to various event locations
Able to work nights and weekends regularly

(2) TASTING ROOM CULTIVATOR
Do you love wine, great conversations, and creating memorable experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Tasting Room Cultivator to provide exceptional hospitality and drive the wine experience at our winery. This role is all about welcoming guests, guiding them through tastings, and sharing our story in a fun and engaging way.
What You’ll Do:
Lead guests through wine tastings, sharing insights about our wines and sustainable practices
Create a warm, welcoming environment that encourages guests to engage with others
Assist with retail sales, club sign-ups, and guest checkouts
Set up and maintain a clean, organized tasting room
Support winery events and promotions
Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations
What We’re Looking For:
A people-person with a passion for wine and hospitality
Community building mindset with excellent communication skills
Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 21 years old and able to lift 40 lbs (because wine cases!)

(3) FARM STEWARD
We’re seeking a hands-on, sustainability-driven Farm Steward to execute tasks for our regeneratively farmed vineyard and flower farm. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sustainable agriculture, soil health, and staying active.
What You’ll Do:
Manage all aspects of vineyard and farm operations, from planting to weed management
Implement regenerative and sustainable farming practices to improve soil health and biodiversity
Oversee irrigation, pest management, and vineyard maintenance
Operate farm equipment (tractor, weed eater, etc)
Track vineyard data and monitor crop health
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment
A problem-solver with a passion for the environment
Physically able to work outdoors in all seasons and lift 50+ lbs
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment
