DESCRIPTION: Be still and know that this wine has no bubbles. :) The second of our still wines, this dry white is made from certified sustainable grapes with citrus, white peach, and mineral notes. Crisp, dry, and suitably comples. Served in our tasting room from kegs using nitrogen gas so you can rest assured even without the bubbles we're working to cut our carbon footprint. 

SERVE: Best served slightly cold around 45 F. Place in your refridgerator for an hour or two and remove 10-15 minutes before serving.
