As part of Purdue Wine Appreciation, I had the honor of lecturing on the art and science of sparkling wine—demonstrating how The Rejoicing Vine’s sustainable, Indiana-grown wines can hold their own alongside Champagne and Burgundy.
Returning to my alma mater, I had the joy of teaching Purdue horticulture students about regenerative agriculture and the future of Indiana wine. Together, we explored how sustainability, science, and faith come together to cultivate life—one vine, one glass, and one student at a time.
