All you “knead” to know about sourdough. Simplifying the process. 🍞
You’ll learn the basics of how to keep a starter going, ingredients, mixing & kneading, the fermentation process, shaping, baking, and storage. You’ll get to take home a small starter and make and take your own dough to bake at home.
