Our cocktail of the month for January 2024 is the "Jin & Juice", a twist on the old school classic French 75

With so much winter in the I.N.D.

It's kinda hard gettin' our vitamin D

But we, somehow, some way

Keep comin' up with sparkly drinks, like every Friday.

May, we teach a little something for the Bees

And, make a few friends as we breeze through?

2 in the afternoon and the pollinators still buzzin'

'cause we cultivate life in our biome

We got riches in the soil, microbes gettin' it on

And they feedin' our plants 'til six in the mornin'

So whatcha wanna do? (Visit!)

We gotta winery full of bubbles and our club members do too.

So turn on the lights and open the doors

But (but what?) we love all that grows (yeah)

So we gonna announce regen farming for this

Glasses up, garden hoes down, while regenerators bounce to this

How to make the cocktail:


1.5 oz of gin alternative (we used Ritual brand & actually preferred the flavor over premium gin)

0.75 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice

0.75 oz of simple syrup (sugar dissolved in equal parts water)

Mix the above ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, strain / pour in to glass and top with

4 oz of Millions of Peaches bubbly

Add a twisted lemon rind for garnish
